I think it is usually best to disable script debugging since if you are getting messages about script errors, the errors are going to be on the web site you are visiting and not something that you can fix on your system.

If you are getting script errors on a site, you could be a nice guy and send the webmaster of that site a message with details and maybe they will look into it, but there is not going to be anything you can do about it since the problem is going to be with the webpage itself.

If you have script debugging enabled and there is a problem with a script on a page, you will be offered an opportunity to debug the code on every WWW page that has some scripting problem and you probably don't want to see all that (unless you are the author of the web page).

ATI drivers are about the video subsystem in your system of unspecified make and model. Array Technologies Industry (ATI) was acquired by Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in 1993 but there are still plenty of ATI devices around.

If you are having problems with your video drivers, you should visit the AMD site and go through their configuration screen or download their AMD Driver Autodetect Tool and let it take a look at your system and if it suggests a driver update, consider installing it.

it is generally NOT a good idea to accept/ install any hardware drivers (video, audio, network) offered by Microsoft updates. Microsoft doesn't know what the best drivers are for your system. If MS Update ever offers you driver updates, I would decline them and tell MS update to never offer you those updates again so you don't accidentally install the wrong drivers.
