Both the Windows 7 Compatibility Center for the Xerox Workcentre 3119 and the Xerox Support site downloadable pdf list of printers compatible with Windows 7 show the 3119 as being compatible with Windows 7. You don't indicate where you located the driver that you are using but it is available for installation directly within Windows using the following procedure (which I copied from a section of http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Install-a-printer )

1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button , and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
